Girls Gone Game Complaint Policy

This Complaint Policy provides for the procedure to report content or video that may be illegal or otherwise violate our Terms and Conditions.

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days from receipt.

Upon filing your Complaint, we will:

1. 1. Review your Complaint.
2. Review the Content in question.
3. Determine whether or not the Content in question violates our Terms and Conditions.
4. Determine whether or not the Content in question violates any applicable law.
5. Provide a response to you outlining our decision and the basis for that decision.
6. If we determine the Content in question is inappropriate for our sites, we will remove or disable the Content in question within two (2) business days of delivering our response to you.
7. If we determine the Content in question complies with our Terms and Conditions and does not violate any applicable law, the Content will remain in place.
8. If you disagree with our determination, you have the right to appeal our decision to a neutral arbitrator upon request. You must notify us in writing of your appeal, and agree to abide by the arbitrator's decision. If the decision made by the arbitrator is sided towards Girls Gone Game, the complainant will be subject to reimburse Girls Gone Game for the arbitrator's fees.

Appeal Process:
You agree that your appeal of our decision shall be administered by FORUM under the Code of Procedure for Resolving Intellectual Property Disputes in effect at the time the claim is filed. The arbitrator decision and award shall be limited to either retention or removal of the Content in question from our websites and no monetary award shall be available under this process.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected according to the procedures defined by the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of Nevada and shall conduct the arbitration under the FORUM Code of Procedure for Resolving Intellectual Property Disputes. Each party shall pay its own attorney fees and other costs, but Complainant shall pay the Arbitration fee without regard to outcome.

The arbitration shall be conducted and the Award decided based on the submission of documents with no oral testimony or oral argument. Discovery shall be limited to a timely exchange of documents and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
